Next Tuesday 14th November, Years 1 and 6 will walk to Church to participate in the morning mass. If you are able to help accompany the children to and from Church - please let your child’s class teacher know. We will be leaving school just after 9am.

Lego Therapy

Our staff have been trained by the Local Authority Inclusion Team to deliver Lego Therapy sessions and we held the first groups this week with excellent results! The aim of this intervention is to develop pupils’ speech and language development through the use of Lego Models.

Key Christmas Dates for your Diary:

 

Friday 8th December: PTA Christmas Fayre from 3.30 pm until 5.30pm

 

Monday 11th December: Nursery combined pm.  Both groups should attend the afternoon session on this day from 12.30pm until 3.30pm (this is so all pupils can attend their dress rehearsal).

 

Tuesday 12th December: Early Years Christmas Production at 10.30am for parents, carers and family members (Nursery combined in the morning from 8.30 am until 11.30 am).

 

Thursday 14th December: Years 1 and 2 Christmas Production at 2.30pm and 6pm for family members.

 

Tuesday 19th December: Christmas Carol Concert in Church (all parents, carers, family members are invited to attend).

 

Wednesday 20th December: End of Term Mass, in Church, at 9.30am (all are welcome).

Hillingdon - Autism Partnership Board Parent Survey

The Local Authority have been reviewing services across the local area for children with autism and their families. They would welcome any feedback (from parents of pupils with autism), which will be used as a part of the review of services and to inform future planning. Your feedback is anonymous and your details will not be shared with any third parties. Hot Meals and Packed Lunches

Our school’s hot lunch menu has been closely checked against the Government’s latest food standards ensuring that pupils get a healthy, balanced diet.

Never allowed in school:

  • Any food containing, or covered in, chocolate
  • Chips or burgers
  • Hot food and drinks

Tag Rugby Mega fest

Well done to the Year 3 and Year 4 tag rugby team who have got through to the London Youth Games in March.

Details of the event will follow.

Governors’ Maintenance Fund

Just a reminder that the suggested voluntary donation was increased from Autumn Term 2016,the first increase in more than ten years, to £15 per term, on £30 a term if you have two or more children in the school.

Thank you to all who have already sent in their donations for this term.
