One World Week - Dress-Up Day: Wed 21st October

(see details below)

CAFOD Appeal

Thank you to everybody who donated money to our CAFOD appeal last Friday (either through our Non-Uniform Day or cake sale). We’re pleased to inform you that we raised a fantastic £362.

Years 1 and 6 Mass

Thank you to all the family members who accompanied Years 1 and 6 to Church on Wednesday. Visits like this wouldn’t be possible without the excellent support we receive from our school community.

School Photographs

Next Friday 16th October, our photographer will visit school to take individual photos of pupils. Please ensure your child is wearing their full school uniform (including a school tie) – you can refer to our website for a full copy of our Uniform Policy.

One World Week 2015: Dress-Up-Day

During the week beginning Monday 19th October we will be celebrating our annual One World Week. The aim of this week is to celebrate different customs and traditions from around the World. Planned activities include Hinduism Workshops, our Passport Morning and World Sports - led by the Small Earth Games Company.

Each class will pick one country to research in detail.

On Wednesday 21st October we are inviting all pupils to come to school wearing clothes associated with this country. This could be the national costume - or simply clothes that are the same colour as their national flag. Please see below to find out the country each year group is studying:
