Our Year 5 pupils were taken back in time to the 14th April 1912. They found out more about the ill-fated maiden voyage of this ship and how tragedy struck. Through role-play, they stepped aboard and imagined what it was like to journey as passengers from first, second and third class, exploring the ship’s magnificent interior, meeting the Captain and becoming the crew. They also debated what brought about its fate.
